About the Role

You will work alongside the technical team on real projects, learning to identify automatable processes and actively contributing to solution development. Your Responsibilities
- Work alongside the technical team in analysing clients' business processes, learning to identify automatable activities and document them in a structured way.
- Support the development and testing of automations on real projects, with direct exposure to tools like n8n, AI APIs, and Python scripts.
- Contribute to the research and evaluation of new AI tools and technologies, bringing ideas and insights to the team.
- Actively participate in client calls and internal working sessions, gaining a complete view of the delivery process.
Who We Are Looking For
- You are studying or have recently completed a degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field — or have equivalent skills acquired independently.
- Genuine curiosity for AI and automation: you follow industry developments, have experimented with AI tools, and want to understand how to apply them concretely.
- Basic Python skills or a real willingness to learn quickly — you don't need to be a developer, but programming logic doesn't scare you.
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn: in a small team every contribution matters, and we're looking for someone who asks questions, proposes ideas, and doesn't wait to be guided step by step.
