About the Role
We’re looking for a German Speaking Sales Representative to develop our commercial network in Switzerland, with a focus on the German-speaking market and expansion towards Zurich. The role is fully remote and commission-based: you earn based on the results you deliver, with no cap. If you know the Swiss business landscape and know how to open doors, this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential SME clients across Switzerland, focusing on the German-speaking market and sectors such as manufacturing, industry, and professional services.
- Manage the first contact and early stages of the sales process, presenting the value of Nevance solutions in a clear and concrete way.
- Qualify leads and hand them over to the technical team for the analysis and proposal phase, maintaining the client relationship throughout the process.
- Build and nurture a network of business contacts over time, generating recurring opportunities through referrals and word of mouth.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience with Swiss companies — you understand the dynamics of the German-speaking market and know how to build trust in a culturally demanding environment.
- Native German speaker or equivalent level, with excellent professional communication skills in German and English.
- Full autonomy in managing your own time and pipeline — this role requires self-discipline and a results-driven mindset.
- Genuine interest in AI and automation: you don't need to be technical, but you need to believe in the value of what you're selling.
